SPRING NEWSLETTER 2010 The snow has now disappeared and the days are looking warmer! 2010 brings a great selection of Pilates classes as well as numerous running sessions to join. Something for everyone! Beginners, Improvers, Intermediate & Advanced course are being offered in the morning, lunchtime and evening. Pregnancy and Mother and Baby classes are available during the day and weekends. Spring Pilates Courses. Spring classes begin week of the 22nd February. Thank you to those of you who have paid for classes up until Easter. If you have not paid for next term and wish to continue with classes, please could you email me confirmation by return so I can reserve your place. To book, re-enrol or pay for next term’s classes, please click on the link below. If you wish not to take your place for next term, please let me know. Booking details. Greenwich Thursday Evening Pilates Sessions – There will now be three classes on a Thursday evening in Greenwich; Beginners, Improvers & Intermediate. If you wish to join one of these classes, please let me know. Discounts on booking more than one class a week – If you wish to book more than one class a week, there is a reduction to the fees. Please ask for details. NEW CLASS – The City Early Morning Energiser This class which will challenge your abdominals and prepare you for the day ahead & is suitable for everyone. Starts March 3rd. Wednesday 7.45am - 8.35am 5 Week Term - £50.00 Pregnancy Classes These gentle classes which keep you strong during pregnancy & prepare you for childbirth, are held in Greenwich and the City. Click here for details. Greenwich Runners We are a friendly bunch who meet every Saturday at 8.15am outside the Cow and Bean Cafe in Greenwich Park. All levels welcome. Click here Running Workshop. Date for the diary. These workshops, which entail hill running, spring training and circuits are held on the first Thursday of every month. Next session - Thursday 4th March.
