PILATES STUDIO

The Greenwich Pilates studio run by Ellie Brown is a bespoke, intimate space in the heart of West Greenwich five minutes from the station and DLR. Ellie, a Body Control Pilates instructor & UK Athletics running coach established the studio at 225 Greenwich High Rd in 2011. 



As well as offering over 30 Pilates classes a week, the studio also offers a wide range of other classes; yoga, mother and baby fitness sessions as well as running workshops.
