 The Greenwich Pilates Studio is a designated fitness studio in the heart of Greenwich, situated two minutes from Greenwich Station at 225 Greenwich High Rd. All classes are limited to 12 to give each client the maximum attention.



As well as Pilates, we offer nutritional, yoga & stretch workshops.
